Tatamino — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Tatamino ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. The App is developed and operated by an independent developer ("Developer") whose contact email is listed at the top of this page.

By installing or using the App you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. Information We Collect

We aim to collect as little information as possible. The App itself does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.

2.1 Information stored locally on your device

• Best score and game state (saved to your device's private application storage).
• Audio settings (BGM and sound effect volume preferences).

This information never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.

2.2 Information collected by third-party advertising SDKs

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect or process limited information automatically, including:

• Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA)
• Device information such as device model, operating system version, and language
• General location information derived from IP address (country / region level)
• Information about ads shown, clicked, or interacted with
• Crash and diagnostic information related to the ad SDK

This information is collected directly by Google and its advertising partners. We do not have direct access to personally identifying data through this channel.

2.3 No analytics, no account, no tracking by us

We do not run our own analytics service, we do not require you to create an account, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

3. How the Information Is Used

• Locally stored data is used solely to remember your high score and audio preferences inside the App.
• Advertising data is used by Google AdMob to deliver relevant advertisements, measure ad performance, and detect invalid ad activity. For full details please refer to Google's "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services".

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or share locally-stored data with anyone. The advertising data described in section 2.2 is shared between Google AdMob and its advertising partners as part of operating the advertising network.

We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law or by a valid legal process.

5. Your Choices and Rights

5.1 Personalized advertising

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time:

• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID / Delete advertising ID.
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track".

5.2 Users in the European Economic Area (EU/EEA), UK, and Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are located in these regions, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent for personalized advertising on the first launch. You can change your choice at any time by reinstalling the App or by contacting us.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address at the top of this page.

5.3 Users in California (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights please contact us.

5.4 Children

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

6. Data Retention

Locally-stored data remains on your device until you delete the App. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Security

We do not transmit your locally-stored data over the network. Communications between the AdMob SDK and Google's servers are encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
